On 1 April 2014 Prague's tourist card "Prague Card" will launch its broadest programme to date. The card is valid for 2, 3 or 4 days and can be issued to adults or to children and students for a reduced rate. Aside from free entry to 50 main tourist attractions in Prague, the card also offers a cruise along the Vltava, a sightseeing bus tour around Prague and a guided walk, as well as discounts on other selected entry fees, excursions, boat rides and cultural performances. A new advantage of the card for 2014 is the inclusion of free transportation on Prague's public transport system. With this addition the Prague Card has hit a level comparable with the best tourist cards in Europe. This "all-inclusive" model offers cardholders not only a wide selection of services and savings, but above all comfort.

In its current scope, the Prague Card, which is primarily used by foreign visitors to Prague, helps boost the general prestige of Prague as a tourist destination with quality services for inbound tourism. The card's main partners include PIS – Prague City Tourism, ROPID and the Prague Public Transport Company.

The card is available at branches of PIS – PCT, at travel agencies and on the internet.
